A growing personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Case Coordinator/Manager who is passionate about helping others and motivated by meaningful, hands-on work. As a Case Coordinator, you will manage pre-litigation personal injury matters under the supervision of an attorney and serve as a primary point of contact for clients during a critical time in their lives. You will play a key role in building strong cases, maintaining momentum, and ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and advocated for every step of the way.

What You'll Do

  • Manage personal injury cases in the pre-litigation phase under attorney supervision
  • Gather and organize records, medical documentation, and case information
  • Draft correspondence and communicate with insurance adjusters
  • Prepare and assemble complete demand packages
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and guidance
  • Track case progress, deadlines, and next steps with accuracy and urgency
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys to support case strategy and resolution

Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience
  • Bonus opportunities tied to performance!
